Hey, I’m Ella Fox - a Canadian girl with a love for beautiful moments, big engines, and becoming the strongest version of myself.
On the surface, you’ll find me enjoying the softer side of life: shopping local boutiques, discovering new wines, soaking in sunsets, and embracing everything that feels feminine, fun, and effortless. But don’t let that fool you, I live for adrenaline. Whether I’m riding jet skis at full throttle or tearing through rural trails on my dirt bike, I’m most alive when my heart’s racing and I’m pushing past my limits.
Health and fitness are a huge part of my lifestyle. Training keeps me grounded, focused, and confident - mentally and physically. I believe real strength comes from discipline, consistency, and showing up for yourself every single day. Growth isn’t just a goal for me, it’s a mindset.
This space is where I share it all: the highs, the hustle, the beauty, the grit, and the journey of becoming better than I was yesterday. If you’re into strong women, adrenaline-fueled adventures, wellness, and living life with intention - you’re in the right place.
Let’s grow, ride, and thrive together.
