DMCA Takedown Policy

1) Introduction

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that material available on or through this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) notification as described below. We review all valid notices and will remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.

2) What Your DMCA Notice Must Include

Your written notice must contain all of the following (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list for multiple works).
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficiently precise information to locate it (full URL(s)).
3. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
4. Good-faith statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
5. Accuracy & authority statement: “The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
6. Signature: a physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for email submissions).

3) Where to Send Your Notice

Please send your complete DMCA notice to our designated agent:

Incomplete notices may be delayed or rejected.

4) Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send us a DMCA counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and its prior location (full URL(s)).
2. Your contact information (full name, address, phone number, email address).
3. Statement under penalty of perjury: “I have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
4. Consent to jurisdiction: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.”
5. Signature: physical or electronic (full legal name).

5) Our Process

• Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• We will notify the affected user and forward the notice (with personal contact details redacted where appropriate).
• If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us that a court action has been filed.

6) Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

7) Misrepresentation & Abuse

Knowingly submitting false or bad-faith DMCA notices or counter-notices may expose you to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees). Please ensure you are the rights holder or authorized representative before filing.
